KVL Employees House Building Cooperative Society Limited

Proposed KVL Employees House Building Co-Operative Society Ltd.(KVL Housing Society) is a cooperative housing society proposed to be registered under Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act – 1959. We have obtained share collection permission from Government of Karnataka vide order no: HSG-3/220/HHS/2023-24 Dated:27-03-2024.

KVL Employees House Building Co-Operative Society Ltd. (KVL Housing Society) has registered office at No 32, 9th and 10th Cross, Railway Parallel Road, Kumara Park West, Bangalore - 560020. Employees of all Govt. departments / Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous bodies can become members of the society.

KVL Housing society is to emerge as strong body of KVL group in the state of Karnataka in fulfilling housing requirements to its members. KVL Housing Society has always evinced keen interest in fulfilling the aspirations to its members. Members’ satisfaction is our motto.

The Society strictly abides by the principles of Co-operation, Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act - 1959 and its Rules 1960. The area of operation of society is spread over entire State of Karnataka.

Society’s ambition is to provide villa sites and housing to all its members, promote residential zones, either in the form of plots or flats, farm houses etc. with the proper approval from the competent authorities. Further we intend to allot sites/plots to the members at a reasonable price without profit motive and without mediators. The society also provides financial assistance to fulfil the housing needs of the members.

This Society extends loans to its members to build, repair and develop houses and house mortgage loan with the competitive rate of interest through its sister organisation KVL Employees Credit Cooperative Society Ltd., Bengaluru.
